Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Goods must be unused with original tags attached. For personal‑reason returns: buyer covers return shipping; original shipping & import duties are non‑refundable. For defective / wrong items: contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt, we will resolve for you. Clearance final‑sale items are not eligible for self‑service return; quality issues please contact support. Please get return authorization before sending items back. Refunds are processed 5‑10 business days after we receive your return.
