2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, or purchase with the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete contact and shipping information when checking out.
3. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are displayed in the selected currency, excluding import duties, taxes and shipping fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, invalid payment or incorrect information.
4. Order & Shipping
After payment confirmation, orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days. Estimated delivery time is for reference only, and does not guarantee arrival date.
Import duties, customs fees or local taxes incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, courier events or force‑majeure circumstances.
5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Order cancellation is only permitted within 2 hours after submission before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is unavailable.
Return rules follow our separate Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping cost back to China is borne by the buyer. Refunds will be issued only after returned goods are received and inspected. We do not support parcel refusal upon delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All texts, photographs, logos, graphics and brand content on this site are our intellectual property. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to product usage, shipping hold‑ups, customs detention or courier service performance. Nothing in these terms shall exclude liability for personal injury caused by defective products as required by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
This store is operated from China. Consumer‑related rights shall be implemented in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the buyer’s country of residence.
