Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy Order Cancellation: Cancellation is allowed within 2 hours after order placement. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be available. Returns: ‑ For non‑EU customers: You may return items within 14 calendar days upon delivery. ‑ For EU customers: You have 14‑day cooling‑off period by law from the day you receive the goods. Return conditions: Items must be unused, original tags attached, no stains or damage. All return shipping cost back to China shall be borne by the buyer. We do not cover return freight. We will process refund only after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Refusal of parcel: We do NOT accept customer‑initiated refusal of delivery. Any refusal‑caused freight loss will be deducted from refund.
